Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at nabeelsshop2@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers), custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and flammable products.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the unwanted item and make a new purchase after approval.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Orders shipped to the EU can be returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions as above.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at nabeelsshop2@gmail.com.
